Thick creamy seafood chowder recipe Easy Tasty Seafood soup

It’s a  thick creamy seafood chowder recipe. This is a soup or stew kind of dish. Originally any kind of chowder dish looks thick and white with lots of small pieces of ingredients. Chowder soup never comes in smooth thick and creamy forms. It is not like other thick cream based white soup. Use of butter and cream both on the same dish always make the dish so unique in flavor. And if we add any seafood in this its flavor enhanced. It can be made without cream and tomato base also. Seafood chowder is very popular from all other versions of chowder. Chowder also has so many vegetarian options like a potato, peas, cheese and Corn Chowder.

What is the main ingredient of this Thick creamy seafood chowder recipe?

Originally, Chowder recipe is from Britain. Maximum people of Britain made this recipe with seafood only. But now other people from all over the world are continuously changing this recipe ingredients with their own choice. As I did. I used seafood of my choices like shrimp, local small clams, and chicken in my recipe. If you want you can use any kind of sea fish or any seafood ingredient of your choice. I just love this recipe. This is one one of my favorite recipe for any winter night.

Always good to eat a thick creamy soup kind of dish in winter. Maybe this recipe looks so creamy but this recipe is not so creamy. I used fresh cream in this recipe but not too much. Used much cream make the dish so rich and heavy which I don’t like at all. So I didn’t use it too much. If anyone just does not like Cream they can use whole milk on their Seafood chowder recipe to get a thick creamy texture.

Or any anyone just doesn’t want to add any dairy product on their dish they can add boiled smash potato with a little bit thin coconut milk. I didn’t use corn or potatoes in this dish but If you like you can use. I used a bit more garlic in the dish to get a combined flavor of seafood with garlic. Traditionally this dish serves inside a bread. But as I am making the dish for my family, I always serve the dish simply. I serve it with few sises of Fresh bread.

You also can try this recipe at home. Hope you all will also love my recipe like my all family.
