Ingredients
  • 500 grams Fresh broccoli cut into medium size
  • 1Cup onion cut into a diced size
  • 1Cup Carrot cut into a diced size
  • 1/2Cup Fresh green bean sprouts
  • 1/2Cup Fresh Bok choy cut into a diced size
  • 1Tsp Fresh chopped celery
  • 1Tsp Fresh chopped garlic
  • 1/2Tsp Fresh chopped ginger
  • 1Tbsp Olive oil or any oil you like
  • 1Tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2Tsp White pepper powder
  • 1/2Tsp Rice wine Vinegar
  • 1Pinch Brown sugar and cinnamon powder mixOr as per your taste
  • 1/2Tsp SaltOr salt as per your taste
Instructions
  1. Take a big bowl put 3 cups of chilled water or 2 cups of ice cubes into it. Now boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Blanch broccoli pieces and carrot pieces for 2 mints in very hot water then very quickly remove those pieces to an ice cold water.
  3. Heat a Fring pan or wok on high flame for1 mint.
  4. Then add oil to the pan or wok.
  5. And then very quickly add all the blanch vegetables and other vegetables, chopped celery, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, Soy sauce, Rice wine vinegar, Brown sugar and cinnamon powder mix, and salt as per your taste into the hot oil.
  6. Fry all the ingredients for just 3 to 4 mints on the high gas flame.
  7. After 3-4 mins turn off the gas flame and add 1/2 tsp sesame oil with the ingredients.
  8. Now our Broccoli stir-fry for the vegan recipe is ready to serve.
  9. Serve this dish with a bowl of steamed white Rice.
