Ingredients
  • 4Big size Tiger Prawns
  • 1/2Cup Salted Butter
  • 1Tbsp Extra lite olive oil
  • 8Cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 1/3Tsp Salt
  • 1Pinch Sugar
  • 1mid-size Fresh Lemon juice
  • 1Tbsp Fresh Lemon Zest
  • 1Tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2Cup Water
Instructions
  1. Before cooking clean and wash all Prawns.
  2. Now Take a Pan, Wok/ Kadai.
  3. Turn on gas flame and Heat the Wok/kadai.
  4. Put oil on it and Make it Hot in High Flame.
  5. Now fry all prawns until they turn orange in colour.
  6. And Then very quickly add all The Butter.
  7. When The butter starts bubbling just at this stage add Freshly crushed garlic.
  8. And fry for 2 mins then add 2 tbsp water to prevent butter and garlic from burning.
  9. And now add salt and sugar.
  10. Then just after 3 mins add fresh lemon juice and lemon zest, chopped parsley and turn off the gas flame quickly and cover with a lid the pan, wok or kadai.
  11. Then will the flavour or aroma of lemon juice and zest can go into Prawns/shrimp.
  12. Serve this Dish with Bread, Rice or with mashed potatoes.
