Ingredients
  • 2Big or Midium Size Carp fish
The very impotent Note : Remove the scales from the fish then cut the fish from the middle and completely clean from the inside.Cut the fish like a butterfly shape which is the traditional way to cut a fish for Masgouf dish.
  • 1Tbsp extra lite olive oil or any vegetable oil you choice
  • 1/2Tsp Ground Turmeric powder
  • 2Tsp Blended Garlic cloves/Garlic paste
  • 1Tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 1Tsp Black pepper powder/Ground Black pepper
  • 1/2Tsp Sweet papprica Powder
  • 1/2Tsp Ground roasted cumin seeds
  • 2Pinch Sugar
  • 1Tsp Salt
  • 1Tbsp Tomato ketchup(optional)
Instructions
  1. At first take, a glass bowl put the fish into the bowl.
  2. Put all the ingrediets eventhe oil in to the bowl and mix all the ingredients very well with the fish.
  3. Now cover the bowl with a clean flim foil and refigarate the fish as marrination for minimum 1 hour.The fish will be taste more good if you marrinade the fish for over night.
  4. After one hour BBq the fish in open flame or in you don’t want to do bbq the fish you can roast the fish in a microwave or in a grilled pan.
  5. Once then Bbq is done serve the dish with any greens and must add pomegranates to look good.And ENJOY…..
