Ingredients
All the whole spices for Dry roasting
4WholeGreen cardamom pods
4WholeCloves
1/2Inch longCinnamon stick or Cassia bark Ground
10Pods ofAllsspice / Kabab Chini
2GrmasWholeNutmeg
2GrmasWholeMace(flower of Nutmeg)
1WholeBlack Cardammom pod
All the gound spices
1/2TspDry ginger powder
1/2TspSweet Papprica or Kashmiri Red chilli Powder
1GramsGround Turmeric powder
1/2TspSalt or salt as per your taste
Instructions
Take a Frying pan put all the whole spices into it and dry roast them well.
After dry roasting ground all the airtight spices in a stone grinder or ground coffee grinder.
When all the spices ground well to mix all the ground spices with it and keep it in an airtight glass container.
My Recommendation if you must store this homemade ground kabab masala powder in the deep fridge ( the upper compartment of the fridge where We store Ice cube). It’s a must do guideline because it will keep the flavour longer. More than 5 months or longer.
