  2. At the same time chilled an empty glass or stainless steel bowl in the refrigerator for 15 mints.
  3. Just between Take a Big Frying pan make the pan heat enough put oil into the man and make the oil Hot for deep frying over medium heat.(Do not heat the oil In High flame)
  4. Just after 15 mins remove the chilled bowl and the marinated shrimps from the refrigerator. Strain the marinated liquid from the shrimps with a sieve.
  5. And place them into a Kitchen towel so that kitchen towel can sock all the extra moisture from the shrimps.

If you using chilled water to make the batter please use the water 1 tsp at a time otherwise batter can be too thin.
  1. Now Put all the shrimps in the batter. very fast put all the shrimps into the hot oil one by one very carefully with the help of chopsticks or Tong for deep frying.
At a time fry only 4 to 5 shrimps. If you fry all the shrimps at the same time temptation of oil will drop and Tempura will be not crispy as you want.
  1. Fry the 4 to Shrimps for 5-6 mints only on medium heat.
Do not fry the Shrimps in High heat then Shrimps will be undercooked and will burn so fast.
  1. When all the shrimp Tempura is done serve this dish with Dip sauce.
