Easy chicken mole recipe with Dark chocolate Mexican Recipe
This is an easy chicken mole recipe. Mole poblano con polo is a traditional Mexican Recipe from The famous mountain city Puebla in Mexico.

Ingredients
  • 2Piece Chicken Breast
  • 1/2Cup Grated unsweetened Dark chocolate
  • 2Tbsp White Oil
  • 1/2Tsp Whole black peppercorn
  • 1/2Tsp Whole Cumin seeds
  • 1/2Tsp whole coriander seeds
  • 1Tsp whole Almond
  • 1Tsp Sesame seed
  • 1Tsp Peanut
  • 1stick cinnamon
  • 2Whole Cloves
  • 1Cup chopped onion
  • 4cloves garlic
  • 2Whole Mexican chilli
  • 2Pinch Ground Nutmeg
  • 1Pinch Ground Mace
  • 2Tsp Salt
  • 1Cup Water if require
Instructions
  1. Take a Pan, Wok/ Kadai.
  2. Turn on gas flame and Heat the Wok/kadai.
  3. Now dry roast all the spices with a garlic clove and grind them and make a paste with water, nutmeg and mace.
  4. Dry roast Mexican chillies and soak them in water and make a paste.
  5. Now grilled the chicken with salt and pepper and keep it aside until it cools down.
  6. Put oil in the wok or kadai and put opinion into it and fry the onion until it translucent.
  7. After that add all the spice paste, chilli pastes into it and fry for 5 minis.add water if required.
  8. Add salt to the sauce.
  9. After adding Grated unsweetened Dark chocolate into the sauce and mix it well and quickly turn off the gas.
  10. Cut the grilled chicken breast into pieces and place it in a serving dish.
  11. Put the sauce on the chicken and serve this dish with plain white Rice or Corn Tortilla.
Recipe Notes

Tips

Make fresh spice paste just before cooking so that you will get the real taste of Mole Poblano con Pollo or Chicken in chocolate sauce.
