Ingredients
  • 500Grams Fresh chicken pieces with bonewashed and cleaned
  • 1/4Cup Boiled Onion
  • 1Tsp Full Garlic chopeed/Grated
  • 1Tsp Full Ginger chopped /Grated
  • 1Big Black Cardammom pod1/4 Tsp
  • 5Small Green cardamom pods1 Tsp
  • 2Big Bay leaf1 Tsp
  • 2Small Cloves1/4 Tsp or less
  • 1Inch log Cassia bark or cinnamon stick1 Tsp
  • 1Tsp Fenugreek leaf or Kasuri methi (Dry Roasted Powder)2 g
  • 1Tsp Ground Turmeric powder
  • 1Tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. The making process of this recipe is so simple.
  2. At first, blended take a blender jar put all the ingredient and sices into it except chicken consistency and bay paste-like.
  3. Blend all the ingredients with the help of some water. Once all the ingredients turn into a paste-like consistency off the blender and pour all the blended things into a mixing bowl.
  4. Now mix all the chicken pieces, bay leaves with the blended mixture. Mix well and marinate the chicken for at least half an hour in the refrigerator.
  5. After half hour put all the chicken pieces along with the marinated gravy into a frying pan. Put the frying pan on a medium to low heat flame and cover the pan with a lid and cook the chicken for 15 minutes. In between always add little water into the pan mix with the chicken pieces mixes help of a spatula.
  6. After 15 to 20 minutes when the raw smell of spices will go and chicken will be cooked properly. Serve the dish with your choice of healthy bred or Rice option.
