  • 2Packets of Chow mein Noodles
  • 200Grams Chicken Julienne
  • 1/2Cup Red Bell pepper Julienne
  • 1/2Cup Yellow Bell pepper Julienne
  • 1/2Cup Green Capsicum Julienne
  • 4Tbsp Any vegetable oil/Olive oilEVEN YOU CAN USE LESS OIL IN THIS RECIPE
  • 2Tsp Lite soy sauce
  • 1Tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1Tsp Sweet Paprika powder
  • 2Tsp Finely chopped ginger
  • 4Tsp Finely chopped Garlic
  • 1Tsp Suger
  • 1 and 1/2Tsp Salt
  • 1Tsp oyster soy sauce
  • 2Tsp Finely chopped garlic chives
  • 2Tsp Finely chopped scallions
  • 6Cups of Water
  1. Take a Big Soup Pot.
  2. Boil 6 cups of Water with 1 Tsp oil In to it.
  3. Open the Noodles from the packet and put in the hot boiling water.
  4.  Boil the water for 5 minutes then remove the noodles from the hot boiling water and wash with cool water. So that it doesn’t stick with each other extra starch will be gone. Keed the noodles aside cooler down.
  5. Now take a frying pan.
  6. Make the pan heat enough and the put 4 Tbsp oil in it.
  7. Now make the oil hot too.
  8. At first put chicken Juliennece to the hot flame and fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes invery high flame.
  9. After 3-4 minutes add chopped ginger and garlic to the pan and fry for 2 minutes in high flame.
  10. Now add all the veggis ,sauces and the spicess in to the pan and fry for maximum 3-4 minutes in high flame.
  11.  Just after the time very quickly add noodles to the frying pan and mix all the ingredients properly with sauces and spices.
  12. Once all the noodles coated with sauces and spices very well turn off the flame and remove it to a serving plate.
  13. Decorated the dish with some chopped scallions from the top.
  14.  Serve the dish Hot and enjoy with your friends and families.

Always sear the meat pieces before cooking. serve the dish hot otherwise, it will not taste good.
