Ingredients
500GramsChicken legs with Thai whole piecesOr small pieces
3WholeBay leaves
4TbspDark Soy sauce
1TbspLite soy sauce
3TbspOyster sauce
2TbspWhite vinegar
2TbspGarlic cloves crushed or chopped
1Tbsp Finely chopped scallions
1TspBlack pepper crushed or ground
1TspCornstarchMixed with little water

Instructions
Take a frying pan put oil into it.
