Ingredients
  • 2Tbsp Full Sweet red chilliOr use Sweet paprika powder
  • 1Tbsp Chopped Lemongrass
  • 1Tsp chopped Galangal(Ginger of Thailand)
  • 1Tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1Tsp Whole Cumin seeds
  • 2Tsp Chopped small shallots
  • 6Cloves chopped Garlic cloves
  • 2Tsp cilantro roots or coriander roots chopped
  • 1/2Tsp Black Peppercorns
  • Juice of 5 Kaffir lime leaves
  • 1/2Tsp Roasted sesame seeds
  • 1Tsp Fish sauce
  • 1/2Tsp SaltOr saltas per your taste
  • 3Tsp Cold water
Instructions
  1. Take all the Ingredients in a blender jar and blend all the ingredients with the help of some cold water until all the ingredients turn into a paste-like consistency.
  2.       OR
  3. Take mortar and pestle and make red curry paste with the help of some cold water in mortar and pestle.
  4. After making a paste your red curry paste is ready to use for many delicious Thai recipes.
  5.  You can store it in your Fridge for at list 20 days.
