Ingredients
  • 2Kg size Whole ChickenWashed and cleaned(out and Inside)
  • 4Cups of Long Grain white Basmati RiceCleaned washed and soaked for 20 minutes before cooking
  • 2Large White onion finely chopped
  • 2Large Raw Tomatoes (peeled and blended)
  • 2Tbsp My Home Made Arabian baharat spice mix
  • 1Tsp Red Chili Powder (Sweet Paprika)
  • 5-6Cloves of Finely chopped Garlic
  • 2Tbsp Rose water   
  • 1Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 2Tbsp Saltor salt as per your taste
  • 1Tsp Sugar
  • 4Tbsp Clarified Butter or Ghee or extra lite olive oilOr you can use olive oil or butter that’s up-to you.
  • 10Cups of Hot boiling Water
To Decorate the dish
  • 1/4Cups of Black CurrentsSauteed in Clarified Butter or Ghee or extra lite olive oil
  • 1/4Cups of Raisins /Sultanas  Sauteed in Clarified Butter or Ghee or extra lite olive oil
  • 1/4Cups of Onions slicedSauteed in Clarified Butter or Ghee or extra lite olive oil
  • 1/4Cups of Chopped or sliced almondsSauteed in Clarified Butter or Ghee or extra lite olive oil
  • 1/4Cups of vermicelliSauteed in Clarified Butter or Ghee or extra lite olive oil
  • 1 or 2Boiled EggsFried or sauteed in Clarified Butter or Ghee or extra lite olive oil
Instructions
  1. Take big soup pot. Make the pot hot enough.
  2. Now put 4 Tbsp Clarified Butter or Ghee or extra lite olive oil into it and make it hot too.
  3. Just then put chopped onion and tomato puree to the hot soup pot.
  4. Fry all the things for few minutes until the onions turn into a soft mash like of consistency.
  5. just then add Arabian spice mix Bharat, chopped garlic, sweet paprika and black pepper powder to it.
  6. Fry all the ingredients in low flame for 5 minutes add water if the spices turn to burn.
  7. Just after 5 Minutes add water to the pot and wait for the few minutes water start to boil.
  8. Once the boils come add 1 Tbsp salt and 1/2Tsp sugar to it and put the whole chicken into the pot.
  9. Now close the pot for 10 minutes with a lid.
  10. After 10 minutes open the lid and turn the chicken to cook properly from the other side. Again close the lid for 10 Minutes.
  11. After 10 minutes open the lid and remove the chiken from the pot and keep it asside.
  12. In the rest of the chicken, stock water put 1 Tbsp salt and 1/2 Tsp sugar, 2 Tbsp rose water and cleaned and soaked white basmati rice to cook.
  13. Cook the rice in a very low flame for another 10-20 minutes or until the rice cook properly.
  14. Once the rice cooked served the rice on a big plate with the whole chicken or as like me cut the chicken into many pieces and serve top of the rice.
  15. And decorate the dish with sauteed black currants, sultanas, vermicelli, onion slices and almonds and boiled fried eggs to look tempting toward your friends.
